This screen consists of the three major
components.
These tools allow CallShop
users of the administrator access level to view, create, modify
and delete the various types of accounts the software manages.
These accounts include: Users, Providers, System Dictionary, Location
Prefixes, Destination Countries, Provider details, Provider special
packages, Service details, and Service special

This screen allows the
administrator to view, create, modify and delete provider records.
The Providers table shows provider records and their details as
stored in the system database.

This screen allows the
administrator to view, create, modify and delete country records.
The Countries table shows country records and their details as
stored in the system database.

This screen allows the
administrator to view, add, modify, and delete special services
offered for specific countries. The Special Services table shows
special services records for the selected country. These records
define the details of the promotional service rates offered for
each country

This screen allows the
administrator or supervisor to view and print customer billing
information for specific customers and cabins/phone booths. The
Billing Details Table shows records detailing customer service
usage information as stored in the system database.

This screen allows the
administrator or supervisor to view and print CDR Service information
for specific customers and cabins. The CDR Services Table shows
records detailing call detail record information as stored in
the system database.
Each of these records consists of the properties found in the
Billing Details table from the Bill Report Screen and the following
additional properties:
Free Time: The amount of
free of charge service usage time the customer used.
Talk Time: The actual amount of time the customer used the service.
Note: This is may not be the same as the amount of time for which
the customer is charged.
The total Credit Amount
and Total Final Talk Time for each CDR Service report are listed
in the appropriate fields at the bottom of the screen.
The Credit Amount is the sum of all charges of the displayed records.
The Total Talk Time is the sum of all final talk times for the
displayed records.

This screen allows the
administrator or supervisor to view and print CDR provider information
for specific providers and destinations. The CDR Providers Table
shows records detailing call detail record information as stored
in the system database.
Each of these records consists of the properties found in the
CDR Providers table from the Report CDR Services Screen and the
following additional property:
Country Code: The unique
numeric identification number of the country that the service
was used for.
The total Credit Amount
and Total Final Talk Time for each CDR Provider report are listed
in the appropriate fields at the bottom of the screen.
The Credit Amount is the sum of all charges of the displayed records.
The Total Talk Time is the sum of all final talk times for the
displayed records.
