We ensure your network will be configured with our suite of
softwares and undertake to make test calls, either through your
designated carrier or through some of our carrier partners to
ensure that all calls from your hardware is managed, tracked
and billed by one of the EurotelSat developed softwares. Our
suite of remote installation services includes installation
and configuration of your gateways only alternatively we offer
a full turnkey solution.
We are also able to offer on-site installation services, which
will include a visit by an EurotelSat, engineer or a certified
service partner to install and configure all your hardware and
software, ensuring interoperability together with test calls
and system acceptance tests. We then leave you a network solution
that meets the needs of your business and opportunities in the
market.
Remote Maintenance
Services
Our maintenance agreement
is built on our belief that pro-active management of your network
provides the continuity in your operations and differentiates
you in the market place allowing you to focus on your core competencies.
We have developed a suite of remote maintenance services that
either provide your full 24 x 7 maintenance support, through
our fully manned and operational Network Operational Centres
(NOC) or maintenance for a specified period of the day.
The Standard Maintenance Services that we offer include, but
are not limited to the following:
· Secure (by VPN router) pro-active system management
including:
- On-line performance and traffic monitoring of the VoIP gateway
- Radius/AAA server software
- Microsoft SQL-Server
- IVR (Interactive Voice Response) Server for English or any
other languages
- TFTP (Trivial File Transfer Protocol) server software
- Billing and Prepaid Phone Card software of EurotelSat VoIP
series
· Technical liaison with partner carrier(s) and managing
configuration changes to ensure interoperability between carriers
to limit your downtime.
· We will provide access to a Maintenance engineer on
a 24 x 7 basis who will work with you in addressing any technical
issues, which may arise. Each maintenance request will be provided
a ticket and we ensure that our team of qualified engineers
address your technical needs to minimise any downtime that you
may experience. The wealth of knowledge that we carry in our
NOC, not only in hardware but also in software management has
been a cornerstone of our success and the reason why our customers
have excelled in the market.
· We will also undertake Regular transaction log filing
providing file backups based on:
- Hourly filing of 48-hour transaction logs
- Daily (at midnight) backups of 7-day data
- Monthly archiving of 6 months data
· We will maintain a log, which will be reviewed either
on a monthly basis or at your requests, identifying areas that
require improvement, and enhancement.
· We will manage all software upgrades and upload of
regular software updates and / or installation of software patches
of your different vendors as well as software procured through
EurotelSat. All such upgrades, which will include upgrades to
Microsoft Windows2000 and SQL-Software, Anti-virus software,
will be managed to ensure that we minimise downtime.
· Optional maintenance service for Client EurotelSat
VoIP software and Local Area Network (LAN) at Customer Service
office site.
