The Euro-OriginaVoIP system comes with a complete system dictionary
with fixed codes for each item. The Manage System Dictionary screen
is divided into the Master System Terms table and the Sub-terms
Table. The Master System Terms table shows all the terms that
are stored in the system database while the Sub-terms table shows
the sub-terms for the master term selected in the Master System
Terms table. An administrator can modify, add, or delete sub-terms
for each of the Master terms.

This screen allows the administrator to view, create, modify
and delete provider records. The Providers table shows provider
records and their details as stored in the system database.

This screen allows the user to create calling card pin numbers.
The complete pin creation process consists of the following steps:
§ Generate a set of pin numbers
§ Reserve the set of generated pin numbers
§ Export the set of reserved pin numbers to create calling
cards using those pin numbers
§ Activate the set of pin numbers for which the calling cards
have been created


Once a set of pin numbers is activated, the administrator as
the option of applying the following functions to those pins numbers:
§ Suspend the set of pin numbers which have been activated
§ Reactivate the set of pin numbers which have been suspended
The Pins table on this screen shows the records of Pin numbers
for which a function request has to be confirmed.

This screen allows the administrator to view, create, modify
and delete country records. The Countries table shows country
records and their details as stored in the system database.

This screen allows the administrator to view, add, modify, and
delete special services and rates offered for specific countries.
The Special Services table shows special services records for
the selected country. These records define the details of the
promotional service rates offered for each country

This screen allows the administrator or supervisor to view and
print customer billing information for specific customers and
calling cards. The Billing Details Table shows records detailing
customer service usage information as stored in the system database.

This screen allows the administrator or supervisor to view and
print CDR Service information for specific customers and cabins.
The CDR Services Table shows records detailing call detail record
information as stored in the system database.
Each of these records consists of the properties found in the
Billing Details table from the Bill Report Screen and the following
additional properties:
Free Time: The amount of free of charge service usage time the
customer used.
Talk Time: The actual amount of time the customer used the service.
Note: This is may not be the same as the amount of time for which
the customer is charged.
The total Credit Amount and Total Final Talk Time for each CDR
Service report are listed in the appropriate fields at the bottom
of the screen.
The Credit Amount is the sum of all charges of the displayed records.
The Total Talk Time is the sum of all final talk times for the
displayed records.

This screen allows the administrator or supervisor to view and
print CDR provider information for specific providers and destinations.
The CDR Providers Table shows records detailing call detail record
information as stored in the system database.
Each of these records consists of the properties found in the
CDR Providers table from the Report CDR Services Screen and the
following additional property:
Country Code: The unique numeric identification number of the
country that the service was used for.
The total Credit Amount and Total Final Talk Time for each CDR
Provider report are listed in the appropriate fields at the bottom
of the screen.
The Credit Amount is the sum of all charges of the displayed records.
The Total Talk Time is the sum of all final talk times for the
displayed records.
