Solution Design Eurotel.Sat CallshopVOIP Pro Billing Software, which is a real time billing software that keeps track of the call, its destination/duration and its corresponding charges. CallshopVOIP runs on Microsoft Windows2000 Server using the Microsoft SQL-Server2000 database platform. How It Works In a step by step scenario: - The Billing Software (CallshopVoIP Pro) will identify the phone booth, keep track of call details, and calculate the corresponding call charges. Such software is being monitored by the Operator with a PC. - Upon the call completion, the Operator will present the caller with an Invoice for the call(s) he/she has made according to call rates for the country(ies) being called.
