How to place a call
Callback Caller ID calling cards works as follows

-Dial access number provided by Eurotel.Sat, wait one ring and hang up. (You should have a musical tone and the system should hang up or you may hang up manually). Regardless your physical location over the world this trigger call is FREE OF CHARGE because trigger call is not answered.

Upon receiving callback in 5-10 seconds, proceed to make your call as follows: ( you only need to follow voice prompts to enter your PIN)
-Enter your PIN code + #

F ollow voice prompts to enter your Destination number.
-Dial destination number

for calls outside Canada, the US and Caribbean:
dial 011 + Country Code + City Code + Number.
You may press (#) after dialing your number to speed up your call processing.

for calls to USA, Canada & Caribbean:
dial 1 + Area Code + Number. You may press (#) after dialing your number to speed up your call processing.

You should have a voice prompt saying "you have XX minutes and XX seconds for this call.

Unlike regular callback, you don't need to register users' lines into the database for Callback Caller-ID calling cards. All your clients are using the same access number, this allows a large distribution scale on printed cards under your brand and logo.

Access numbers
We can also provide to you a dedicated access number for you and your clients ONLY. Our dedicated access numbers are available in 9 IVR languages: Spanish, English, French, Russian, Chinese, Japanese, Arabic, Serbian, Rusian, German and dial tone. Dialing access number is free of charge for your clients because the call is not answered.

Rates & Discounts for Caller ID phone cards
We have setup 4 rate tables and also several commissions (discount) rates from 10% to 40%.
You can choose at any time your commissions level for each new PINs' order. You can also run several callback phone cards with their dedicated rates tables.

Principle
You buy the time (minute) from us and you get from 10% to 40% discount based on value faced amount.
When you make your payment, your choosen commission/discount percentage is substracted from the total amount.
